Manage the sending inboxes, their pace, setup status, and reply routing. A mailbox listed in LeadScore is not automatically ready to send or receive replies.

What you’ll see

The Mailboxes page, which walks you through setting up sending inboxes. Select Add Mailboxes to create inboxes on your domain.

Before you start

You need mailbox-management access and an owned sending domain. The creation panel distinguishes outreach domains from the main company domain. The Demo Account has no mailbox pool; that is an unconfigured state. Creating managed inboxes can provision services, incur charges, or start warm-up activity, so it is not a read-only exercise.

Review and edit

  1. Open Settings → Email → Mailboxes. Use Filter by state and Filter by domain before deciding an inbox is missing.
  2. Inspect Add Mailboxes only when planning an authorized setup. Review Sending Domain, address generation, These get created, Sending Pace, How They Get Created, and Where Replies Go before submitting.
  3. Pay particular attention to Start warming up right away and provider/payment choices. Do not enable warm-up in a no-sending review. Verify that any purchase's final summary matches the terms approved by your workspace billing owner.
  4. For an existing mailbox, open its details. Review Sender name, daily/hourly limits, provider, Reply routing, DNS records, and Use in campaigns. Managed reply routing verifies itself and cannot simply be marked ready by hand.
  5. Use Save Changes for detail edits. Domain caps have their own Save action; bulk Turn on, Turn off, and Mark DNS verified are separate mutations, not filters.

Check the result and recover

Reopen the mailbox and review Before it can send and Delivery Checks. Warm-up can impose a lower ceiling than the configured limits. Saved status is not proof of delivery or replies.

If readiness is incomplete, resolve the actual DNS, provider, or reply-routing issue. Do not mark DNS verified merely to remove a warning. After an uncertain provisioning result, inspect the existing mailbox list and provider state before requesting duplicate inboxes.
