My Domains lists the workspace's sending domains, their setup, health, registrar, and expiry. You need access to Domains settings and authority to manage the domain before importing it or changing its configuration. Reading an existing domain card does not require buying another domain.
What you’ll see
Review the domain list
- Open Settings → Domains → My Domains.
- Filter by All, Purchased, Imported, or Has issues.
- Read the Healthy, Warning, Critical, and Unchecked totals. Expand the intended domain to inspect its details before taking action.
- Distinguish a missing health check from a healthy result. Domain ownership, DNS setup, and mail delivery are separate checks.
Import an existing domain
Add Domain Manually opens Import Existing Domains. The form accepts domain names and a Current Registrar, with Manual DNS Setup or API Key (Auto-Configure) configuration. Automatic configuration also asks for the DNS provider. Set as Primary Domain identifies the workspace's main domain; it is a stored change.
Importing records a domain already owned elsewhere; it is not a registrar transfer. Review each import result because multiple entries can succeed or fail independently. Do not import again merely because another entry in the batch failed.
For an imported domain using shared DNS, the ownership area offers Get verification record and Check DNS record. Add the displayed TXT record only through an authorized DNS change. Connecting your own supported DNS account is a separate path to establishing control.
Verify and recover
After an authorized import, reload the list and confirm the domain, configuration mode, and primary status. Ownership confirmation does not prove that mail reaches recipients. Read errors before repeating an import, ownership request, health check, or removal.
