Voice Studio manages personal voicemail messages, greetings and AI voice assets within your workspace account. It is also available from Speed Dial’s Contact Info gear. These personal assets are distinct from the company AI caller configured by an administrator in AI Calls.

What you’ll see

The Voice Studio page, where you select Record your message or Upload audio to make a voicemail message. No messages exist yet.

Review your voice setup

  1. Wait for Voice Studio to load. If it reports stale information or a load error, use Try again before relying on saved messages or settings.
  2. Review My messages. Record it yourself uses your own recorded message; Type it for your AI voice requires My AI voice setup and uses workspace AI credits. Do not create or record content without authorization.
  3. Review Name greetings and any generated name versions. A name-specific recording without a general version can prevent a batch containing other names from starting.
  4. Under Leave my message on voicemail, choose Message to leave and review the intended drop setting. Save stores this choice; it does not itself place a call.
  5. Read the behavior for uncertain answers: if the system cannot distinguish a person from a machine, the page says nothing is played. AI name versions may be prepared before a batch starts and can consume credits.
  6. Inspect usage, held credits, refunds and uncertain-result states. A pending refund is not the same as an available credit balance.

Confirm and recover

After an authorized configuration change, reopen the setting and verify the selected asset. Listening, recording, generating, saving and sending a voicemail are separate operations. A saved message does not prove voicemail delivery. If generation is uncertain, inspect its existing status rather than requesting a duplicate. Normal calling minutes still apply to leaving voicemail during a call.
