Use Business Profile → Company & Product to give LeadScore factual context about your business and offer. This is richer selling context than General Company’s identity and branding fields. You need authority to maintain shared workspace content and reliable information about the company, products and evidence you describe.

What you’ll see

The Company & Product page, where you describe your business or select Fill with AI to draft it from your website.

Build and save the profile

  1. Open Company Overview and review Company Mission, Company History, and Core Values. Prefer concrete facts over claims that the team cannot substantiate.
  2. In Products & Services, complete Product/Service Description, Key Features and Benefits, and Primary Use Cases. Distinguish what you sell from a customer’s problem.
  3. Review Value Proposition and Market Position: Problem & Solution, Unique Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, and Market Trends. Keep uncertain statements clearly qualified.
  4. In Brand Voice, describe Brand Personality and Tone Principles. Use Proof & Testimonials for approved Case Studies and Key Testimonials, not invented customer quotations.
  5. If an AI-generated draft has been brought into the form, review every section. The draft-ready notice explicitly asks you to edit and choose Save Changes; generation does not complete the save.
  6. Choose Save Changes, then reopen the page and compare the stored sections with your intended wording.

Confirm and recover

The current save handler can finish without a visible failure message, so Saving… ending is not sufficient confirmation. Preserve important draft text until readback succeeds. If the saved content differs, verify the workspace and seek support before overwriting uncertain state. This page saves independently from the scoring-policy draft; publishing scoring settings does not save these fields. Use separate Products & Offers records when a specific product needs its own documents or listing information.
