Automation Health shows delayed, failed, and uncertain automation work and provides operator controls. You need authorized access to the workspace and explicit permission before pausing, resuming, reconciling, or replaying operations. Reading the status is separate from changing the execution queue.
What you’ll see
Read the current state
- Open Settings → Integration → Automation Health.
- Inspect Oldest due action, Needs safe replay, Provider checks, and Duplicates prevented.
- Review Active pauses alongside Failed and uncertain actions.
- Note whether a provider's final result is unknown before deciding that another attempt is appropriate.
An uncertain provider call must be reconciled before replay. The reconciliation control is described as finding overdue or uncertain actions without retrying a provider call. It still requests reconciliation work and was not executed for this guide.
Understand the controls
Pause Future Actions accepts a scope and reason. Scopes include Entire workspace, One campaign, One playbook, One mailbox, and One ad platform. Narrow scopes require the exact identifier; do not guess one from a display name.
Pauses target not-yet-started work. They do not recall a message or undo a provider request already underway. Resume releases the selected pause and can allow future work to run again.
Review replay opens Request a safe replay. Request Replay requires a reason and queues the original action again. The dialog says existing pauses remain in place. Reusing the original action identity is not a guarantee that an external provider did nothing during the first attempt.
Verify and recover
After an authorized control change, reload and inspect the exact scope and resulting status. After replay, follow the action's later outcome rather than treating queue acceptance as delivery.
If loading fails, the absence of listed failures is not a healthy-state verdict. Preserve the sanitized status and ask for investigation before repeated queue operations.
