Ad Conversions configures reporting of qualified, booked, attended, and paid outcomes to Google Ads and Meta. The page explicitly requires a workspace owner, administrator, or campaign manager to configure outcomes. You also need approval to share the relevant conversion information with the advertising platform.

What you’ll see

The Ad Conversions page without access. Advertising outcomes is grayed out and asks you to contact your workspace administrator.

Review existing outcomes

  1. Open Settings → Integration → Ad Conversions and allow the access check to finish.
  2. Inspect each platform's outcome connection and status.
  3. Review Recent outcome deliveries, including held, failed, and uncertain items.
  4. Use Refresh to reload the displayed history. A privacy hold or uncertain match is a state to investigate, not a missing success to guess.

An access-check failure offers Retry access check. A confirmed restricted-access notice asks you to contact a workspace administrator; these are different conditions.

Configure only with approval

The connection form includes the relevant platform account, currency, secret credentials, and What to report mappings. Saved credentials can be retained by leaving the corresponding token fields blank where instructed. Never include those secrets in a report or screenshot.

Enter the required audit reason before Save Connection. This is an operational configuration change that can affect future uploads. Platform pause/resume controls also affect reporting and should not be used as a harmless test of the UI.

Check a failed delivery

The retry action opens Retry this outcome? and explains that LeadScore will send the outcome again. Retry Outcome requires a reason retained in the audit trail. Use it only after checking the original result and receiving authorization to repeat that reporting action.

After a save or retry, inspect the refreshed connection and delivery status. A retry-started message means the request began; the history updates after the platform responds. It does not demonstrate that the platform used the conversion for attribution or optimization.
