Caller View gives sales representatives a focused set of pipeline columns. It selects which existing stage/status columns appear; it does not move leads, rename stages or grant access to stages hidden by permissions.
What you’ll see
Prepare and save
Use a workspace administrator account recognized by the shared workspace-admin check. The page loads pipeline settings, display names and role permissions before building its preview. Confirm the intended pipeline type and the status choices your calling team should work from.
- Open Settings → Pipeline → Caller View and wait for the current settings to load. Read any access restriction before editing.
- Review Show Caller View to sales reps. Turning it on requires at least one selected column.
- Expand a stage and select the status columns that should appear. Select all selects that stage’s columns; Clear removes that stage’s selections.
- Review the selected-column summary and preview. A stage marked Hidden for sales reps remains excluded from their effective view even when its columns are selected here.
- Choose Save Changes. The page persists the shared lead-list settings and displays Saved only when no service error remains.
- Reopen the page and confirm the retained selections. A separately authorized representative check can confirm the actual permitted view; an administrator preview alone does not prove another role’s experience.
Confirm and recover
If the page asks you to pick at least one column, add an intended column or leave Caller View disabled. If a service notice appears, do not treat the changed local switches as persisted. Reload the saved settings before retrying. Unexpected missing columns may come from Users → Permissions → Pipeline stages, so inspect that setting before broadening access.
