Invoices is intended to show recent billing activity and invoice downloads. You need access to Billing settings to inspect it. The current reviewed page does not connect an invoice data source: it initializes an empty invoice list and explicitly explains that billing history is not yet connected.
What you’ll see
Read the empty state accurately
- Open Settings → Billing → Invoices.
- Review Recent Transactions and the Date, Description, Amount, and Status columns.
- Read the empty-state message before drawing a conclusion about the account.
- Note that Download All is disabled because verified invoice downloads are not connected.
The empty list does not mean there are no charges, no subscription, or no past invoices. It is a limitation of this page's available history. There is no implemented refresh or search workflow here that can establish a complete billing ledger.
Obtain a past invoice
The page directs users who need an invoice to Report Bug. Include the relevant billing period and a concise description of what is missing. Do not provide a full card number, secret, private payment link, or unrelated billing data in the report.
A row-level Download button exists in the template but has no download handler in the reviewed source, and the current list supplies no rows. Do not describe it as a working invoice-export procedure or create sample invoices to fill the gap.
Verify the actual billing record
Use a verified invoice or confirmation from the authorized billing workflow before concluding that a charge was paid, refunded, cancelled, or absent. Compare dates and amounts against that real evidence rather than a UI catalog price or simulated current-plan label.
Success for this guide is recognizing the history limitation and making a precise request for the needed invoice. No invoice, download, charge, refund, or historical billing reconciliation was performed during documentation review.
