Calling Credits shows the workspace’s calling balance, credit state and recent ledger activity. You need authorized billing access. The page distinguishes accounts whose calling is included from those using a credit balance; do not assume the same billing behavior applies to every account.

What you’ll see

The Calling Credits tab, explaining how minutes and credits are used, on an account where calling is included.

Review the balance

  1. Wait for Checking your calling credits… to finish. Read whether calling is included without credits or whether a balance is shown.
  2. Review Balance, the status and Used this cycle. The screen defines a cycle as beginning when a top-up leaves money in the balance, rather than necessarily matching a calendar month.
  3. If an amount is owed from extra minutes, note that a future top-up pays it first. Do not equate the advertised top-up amount with the usable balance afterward.
  4. Read any AI-paused message. The page distinguishes the AI’s paused answering/calling behavior from the team still receiving calls.
  5. Inspect Recent activity, which lists the last 25 top-ups and call-usage entries with date, type, minutes, amount and balance after. Missing entries outside that window are not proof of no earlier activity.
  6. Add credits opens a purchase confirmation and requires a card on file; Add a card leads to payment setup. These are financial actions, not required steps for reading the ledger.

Confirm and recover

For an explicitly approved top-up, review the exact charge and commitment before confirmation and check the resulting ledger entry afterward. Do not repeat an uncertain payment simply because the displayed balance is slow to update. Resolve any service notice or contact billing support. Reading the balance does not validate actual provider minutes or restored AI calling.
