Usage & Quotas summarizes the resources consumed by the current account and the limits supplied by its billing service. Use it to understand an approaching limit before deciding whether the workspace needs a different plan. This screen is informational; Refresh does not buy capacity or change subscription terms.

What you’ll see

The Usage & Quotas page, where you see how your plan is used. Here there is no active plan or usage yet.

Read the account summary

Sign in to the intended workspace. The page requires a resolved tenant identity; without one it displays Sign in to see your usage. Wait for the billing summary rather than interpreting an initial blank card as a zero balance.

  1. Open Settings → Usage & Quotas and read Current plan. Check the displayed billing interval and period end where available.
  2. If the card says No active subscription on file, confirm the workspace and billing configuration before interpreting entitlement limits.
  3. Review each metric’s consumed quantity, quota and period. Status badges include On track, Approaching limit, Over limit, Unlimited, and No subscription.
  4. Compare quantities as well as the progress bar. A capped bar cannot show how far usage exceeds a limit, and an unlimited metric does not have an ordinary finite percentage.
  5. Choose Refresh to request a newer summary. Read the update time and any service notice before relying on the result.
  6. Use Change plan only to enter the separate plan-review journey. Any purchase or subscription change requires its own deliberate review of price, billing term and authorization.

Confirm and recover

A successful review means the correct workspace, plan, period and current summary are visible. A service error is not evidence that usage has reset. Retry loading after resolving access or availability, and compare the refreshed time before escalating a discrepancy. The screen alone does not prove a payment settled or that every provider has reported its latest consumption.
