Call Recommendations controls the recommended list used by Speed Dial and the morning email. Account rules and a person’s filters have separate save actions. The list is rebuilt when Speed Dial loads, so a configuration change is not an instruction to start a call.
What you’ll see
Review and save
Sign in to the intended workspace. Account-rule editing and managing another person depend on permissions returned by the service. A locked section explains the available access; users without management access work with their own recommendations. Sales representatives remain restricted to assigned leads regardless of the profile switch.
- Expand How the list is built. Review its numeric limits and the Always left out explanation before editing.
- Make an authorized account-rule change and choose Save rules. Undo changes restores the last saved rules before submission.
- Expand Who sees what. If permitted, select Person; otherwise review Your recommendations.
- Enable the person’s own filters only when needed, then choose tags, stages, statuses, lead lifecycle and score limits. Review the assigned-leads option without assuming it can widen role permissions.
- Choose Save filters for that profile. Its Undo changes is separate from the account-rule undo.
- Use the preview’s Show list after saving. The preview explicitly uses saved settings, so unsaved edits do not affect it.
Confirm and recover
Check the saved summaries and update labels, then reload Speed Dial to review the next recommended list. Do not place a call merely to verify filters. On a permission failure the page can restore saved values and remove editing access; reload permissions rather than repeatedly submitting. If a request fails, confirm which of the two saves succeeded before changing the other section.
