Review business identity, caller-registration submissions, messaging registration, and recorded display checks. Provider approval and what a recipient's phone actually displays are different forms of evidence.
What you’ll see
Before you start
You need an owned number, accurate legal business information, and authority to submit registrations. Registration fields are sensitive; do not use invented business details or expose them in screenshots. The Demo Account has no active number, so no number registration or carrier acceptance was tested.
Review the steps
- Open Settings → Phone → Registration and read How registration works. Select Number you are registering; the page explains that steps 2–5 apply per number.
- Inspect 1. Your business details. Legal name, tax details, address, and contact information must match the business's actual records. Saving the profile is separate from submitting provider registrations.
- Review 2. Register this number for calls and its status. Read the calling-detail questions before any submission. Do not claim that an approval guarantees removal of a spam label on every network.
- Review 3. Register this number for texting. The page describes the US local-number A2P process; do not assume voice readiness makes SMS ready. Inspect 4. Register with the spam-label apps when a label remains.
- Use 5. Check how your calls show up to understand the evidence needed from separately authorized carrier tests. Apply your approved registration also requires confirmation that target numbers share the same business and consent program.
Check the result and recover
A saved profile, submitted request, approved registration, and observed handset display should be reported separately. SMS delivery and replies require their own controlled checks. If automatic registration awaits verified provider-event setup, preserve existing registrations and investigate the readiness issue instead of submitting duplicates.
Any optional paid service needs separate approval from your workspace billing owner, with the exact charge and commitment verified at checkout. No registrations, purchases, messages, or test calls were performed for this guide.
