Use Bookings → Booking setup to review where meetings go and configure booking notifications separately. You need a connected Calendly or Cal.com account and a usable meeting type. Company rules require an owner or calling-policy administrator; notification editing uses server-confirmed workspace-settings permission. Personal preferences apply only to the signed-in member.
What you’ll see
Configure the appropriate layer
- Expand Calendar and AI booking. Review Connection, Workspace default and AI booking readiness. Choose Calendar, Meeting type, and Timezone, then Save booking default. A default integration account alone does not select a meeting type.
- Review personal preferences and the Company rule. Save company rule can require the company calendar for all meetings. Save my preference stores a verified personal account, individual meeting type and timezone; Use company default instead removes that preference. A company fallback does not confirm a named person’s attendance.
- Use Review AI booking abilities to inspect AI eligibility separately. Saving a destination does not enable AI abilities, phone routing or reminders.
- In Notification defaults, choose Edit defaults. Review enabled channels, timing, message text, owner and applicable caller details, then Save settings. Attendee agreement and contact details are prerequisites for outreach.
- In Meeting-type notifications, choose Edit and select Use notification defaults, Custom settings, or Off for this meeting type. Save the intended override independently.
- Review Scheduled notifications and call tasks for resulting activity. Follow-ups apply to attended meetings; contact hours and expiry rules also affect eligibility.
Confirm and recover
Use Refresh status, Refresh preferences, or Reload settings as appropriate, then verify each saved layer. A connection error is not an empty meeting-type list. Reconnect through Connections when instructed. If a save is unconfirmed, reload before retrying. No booking, invitation, reminder, text or call was executed to validate this guide.
