Compare delivery services and estimate the cost of a sending setup. The directory helps planning; opening a provider card does not connect that service or change the account's configured sender.

What you’ll see

The Email Providers page, where you filter and compare email providers, then select View Details on a card.

Before you start

Know the approximate sending volume and which capabilities you need, including reply handling and domain support. Use the current account and provider information for any decision; catalog estimates and external terms can change. You do not need a phone number or an active sender profile simply to read the comparison.

Review options

  1. Open Settings → Email → Email Providers. Use Filter by to narrow the directory and Sort to compare options consistently.
  2. Read a provider card and choose View Details for the capabilities and available planning information. Treat Website as a link to the external provider, not a LeadScore setup step.
  3. Review the available calculator or cost estimate for the intended volume. Include required mailboxes, domains, and associated services in your planning instead of interpreting one displayed figure as the whole operating cost.
  4. Check how the provider would fit the existing Sending, Mailboxes, Sender Profiles, and Inbound Mail configuration. Changing the provider in Sending is a separate mutation and should not be done merely to compare options.
  5. Record the preferred option and unresolved requirements before any purchase or connection. There is no page-wide Save action needed for reading directory filters.

Check the result and recover

Success is an informed shortlist with current terms still to verify, not a connected or paid service. Before an authorized purchase, verify that the final order summary matches your workspace billing owner's approved charge, recurrence and commitment.

If the list is empty, clear filters before assuming no provider exists. If details or pricing cannot load, mark the estimate unavailable rather than inventing a cost. No purchases, subscriptions, provider connections, or delivery tests were made for this guide.
