Use General → Notifications to control when your signed-in account receives updates. Start with your timezone: every delivery time on this page is interpreted in that timezone. You need an authenticated workspace account; individual channels may need verified contact details. For example, the screen can report Needs a verified number.
What you’ll see
Configure preferences
- Wait for the saved settings and Saved policy version to load. Choose Your timezone before reviewing delivery times.
- Review each channel’s timing and the alert types you want. Use Give one alert type its own timing only when an alert should differ from its channel defaults.
- Review Send automatic due-date reminders, the reminder time, and days-before-due choices for each priority. Turning reminders off leaves assignment notifications; changes affect reminders that have not already gone out.
- Configure Your brief, its frequency and time. Review Skip it when there is nothing to report, Also send it by email, and Quiet hours. Held notifications wait until quiet hours end.
- If needed, review Email me today’s recommended calls, its time and lead limit. This schedules a recommendation summary; it does not place calls.
- Choose Save Preferences. Resolve highlighted timing errors and confirm the new policy-version message. Reset to defaults changes the form; review and save intentionally.
For AI incoming-call notifications, viewing is separate from editing. The current source enables editing only after owner, admin or manager access resolves; a restricted account differs from an access-lookup failure. Refresh an unavailable access result before assuming permission. Save call recipients is separate from personal Save Preferences. Interval digests now include Every 5, 15 and 30 minutes; the five-minute minimum is source-reviewed behavior, not observed delivery. These updates come from a later check of the product's current design and were not re-observed in a browser.
Confirm and recover
Reopen the page and check the version, timezone and next-delivery explanation. A predicted delivery time is not proof that an email or message arrived. If another session changed preferences, the page asks you to reload before saving again. Preserve your choices, reload the latest settings and reapply only the intended changes.
