My Email Voice stores your own writing samples for AI-generated emails. Samples belong to your account in the current workspace. They guide style while current recipient facts, sequence purpose, company details and your signature still apply. You need permission to use the sample content; do not paste someone else’s confidential correspondence.

What you’ll see

My Email Voice, where you add a few of your own emails so AI drafts sound like you.

Review and save samples

  1. Wait for existing samples to load. If loading fails, use Retry before editing; the form protects against adding samples over an unknown saved state.
  2. Choose Add sample email. You can keep up to ten samples, with up to 8,000 characters per sample.
  3. Enter a Label, choose Use for, and paste Your email text. Prefer a representative message you wrote. The page says quoted replies are ignored, so do not rely on another person’s quoted content to define your voice.
  4. Review each sample and use Remove for content that should no longer influence future writing. Removing a row is an edit that needs saving.
  5. Choose Save samples. Empty sample bodies prevent saving. Wait for Email samples saved, then reopen the page to confirm additions and removals.
  6. In a separately authorized drafting workflow, review a newly generated draft. Saved changes affect the next email AI writes; they do not rewrite every existing draft or sent message.

Confirm and recover

Success is the intended sample set surviving readback. No samples means AI falls back to existing settings; it is not an error. If a save fails, preserve the intended text and inspect the current saved set before retrying. Saving samples sends no outreach by itself, but their content can influence later drafts.
