Use Lead Scoring → Grades & Actions to inspect the published scorer’s recommendation for a lead and review the evidence that contributes to engagement. You need access to the selected lead and permission for any record changes. A manual signal or recorded interaction is a write, even though it appears inside Settings.
What you’ll see
Inspect and update deliberately
- In Live verdict check, enter an authorized lead identifier and choose Load verdict. Review Score, Grade, Intent, Quadrant, and Top reasons together. This check uses the published scorer, unlike Overview’s draft-policy dry run.
- Read Action thresholds to understand the current promotion modes and minimum scores. A recommendation is not proof that a message, call or workflow actually ran.
- Use Manual override only for a justified change. Choose Signal type, review Points, and provide a Reason, then choose Add manual signal. The interface describes the override as surviving rescoring; it is not a temporary preview.
- In Communication, use Load history for the intended lead before adding anything. Review the recorded interactions and their dates.
- Record interaction accepts Type, Disposition, Sentiment, Routes to suppression, and Evidence/body. Record a real authorized interaction accurately rather than inventing an event to improve a score.
Confirm and recover
After an authorized write, reload the relevant verdict or history and verify the intended record and reason. These record actions are separate from the shared policy Save draft and Publish controls; do not wait for Publish to assume an interaction is written. If a result is uncertain, inspect history before retrying to avoid duplicate evidence. Missing data or a failed request is not a negative customer outcome.
