Add-ons lists additional capacity and services available through the billing catalog. You need access to Billing settings and explicit approval for the selected item and charge before purchasing. Browsing a package is different from opening its purchase flow or confirming payment.
What you’ll see
Compare the relevant category
- Open Settings → Billing → Add-ons.
- Expand the category matching your need, such as Lead Storage, Calls, AI Voice, Phone Numbers, Messaging Registration, Domains, Deep Research AI Sessions, or AI Credits.
- Inspect the package description, quantity, displayed price, and billing label together.
- Check whether the package is self-service or requires a different purchase process. Catalog visibility does not mean every package can be bought directly.
Other categories include Parallel Dialer and Professional Services. A package name does not prove a provider feature is enabled or that an existing service will immediately have more capacity.
Understand purchasing
For self-service packages, the purchase action opens a confirmation flow with the package and price. Confirming submits the selected package for purchase. The source prevents placeholder fallback packages from being charged and instead asks the user to wait for pricing to load.
Obtain your workspace billing owner's approval for the exact package and terms. Prepaid credits, one-time charges, and multi-month packages are not automatically covered by approval for a monthly subscription. Verify the final order's amount, recurrence, and commitment before proceeding.
No package or purchase flow was executed for this guide, and displayed catalog prices are not an external price guarantee.
Verify and recover
After a separately authorized purchase, check both the purchase result and the actual account allowance before trying again. A request accepted for processing is not evidence that a provider number, registration, or research job is ready.
If pricing is unavailable or the result is uncertain, retain the package description and sanitized error and ask support to confirm the outcome before repeating the purchase.
