Webhooks presents controls for describing lead status or score notifications to another system. You need access to Integration settings to inspect it. The reviewed implementation is a local configuration surface: it does not load or save webhook records through a backend service, and it does not implement a test delivery.
What you’ll see
Understand the visible controls
- Open Settings → Integration → Webhooks.
- Inspect Webhook URL and Trigger Type.
- For Lead Status Change, the Status Trigger choices include Any Status Change, New, Qualified, Proposal, Won, and Lost.
- For Lead Score Change, the form shows a numeric Score Trigger threshold.
Add Webhook adds another local form, the Enabled/Disabled control changes that form's state, and the trash control removes it from the current page. These controls describe a proposed configuration; they are not evidence of an active outbound integration.
What Save currently means
Save Changes records a UI activity event and displays Saved beside the buttons. The source does not persist the webhook list. The indicator clears on the next edit, and it must not be treated as confirmation that a destination is registered or that notifications will be delivered.
The page header suggests sending a test, but no test-send control or delivery handler is implemented in this page. Do not enter a secret-bearing destination URL expecting a verified connection, and do not change a real lead merely to generate a webhook event.
Get a working integration confirmed
If you require webhook delivery, ask support to confirm an implemented, supported workflow and its authorization and delivery evidence. Provide the intended event type and receiving system without sharing credentials or access-bearing URLs.
Success for this guide is understanding the current controls and their limit. No persistence, authentication contract, retries, or delivery behavior is established by this screen.
