Build a page that captures an enquiry and defines its next step. Draft content, a published page, a saved submission, and delivery to a confirmed CRM lead are separate outcomes.

What you’ll see

The Landing Pages page, where you select New Landing Page and pick a page type. No landing pages exist yet.

Before you start

You need landing-page authoring access and approved content, destination, and routing choices. A custom domain additionally needs authorized DNS setup. You can inspect existing pages without publishing, submitting a form, or activating outreach.

Review and edit

  1. Open Settings → Marketing → Landing Pages. Inspect the page's status before choosing Edit, or use New Landing Page to select the kind of page needed.
  2. Follow the editor's steps for that page type. Review content, form questions, routing, and the next action. Do not enable an automated response merely to complete a design preview.
  3. Use Save Draft to persist work without publishing it. On an existing live page, visitors keep seeing the live version until Publish Changes.
  4. Review the publishing checklist. Publish Landing Page or Publish Changes makes the reviewed version public; missing requirements are highlighted. A saved draft is a useful stopping point.
  5. On an existing published page, inspect Submissions, available Activity, and Overview. Compare saved enquiries with those delivered to a confirmed lead. Review domain and spam-protection readiness separately from content status.

Check the result

For drafting, reopen the editor and confirm the intended content persists. For a separately authorized publication, inspect the actual public version and a controlled intake result. This documentation session did not publish a page or submit a form.

If something goes wrong

Troubleshooting

A blocked publication should lead to the highlighted requirement, not repeated Publish clicks. A DNS ownership confirmation does not alone establish spam-protection readiness. A submission awaiting delivery is not a completed CRM lead. Archive stops the page's links working; use it only when intentionally retiring the page, never to clear a temporary loading error.
