Activity brings several recorded streams into one timeline for the current lead. Open the shared drawer and select Activity. You need access to the record, and any information copied from the timeline must remain within the authorized customer context.

What you’ll see

The Activity tab on a lead, which lists tasks, notes, calls, emails, field updates and score changes.

Review the sequence

  1. Confirm the lead identity before interpreting events.
  2. Wait for initial loading to finish.
  3. Use All or a displayed type filter, such as Tasks, Notes, Calls, Emails, SMS, Updates, Playbooks, or Score.
  4. Compare timestamps, actors, summaries, and event details before deciding what changed.

Only activity types present in the loaded data appear as filter choices. No activity of this type yet differs from No activity recorded yet. Clear the filter before concluding that the whole record has no history.

Understand the evidence limits

Activity combines task, communication, email, lead-update, scoring, and playbook information. These records describe events known to the app; they do not establish that every external action completed or that a recipient received a communication.

The implementation allows individual source reads to fail without removing the whole timeline. A failed stream can therefore leave a partial view rather than a prominent all-page error. Empty or missing events are not proof that an operation never happened.

Some event bodies may contain technical details or raw structured content. Read them in context and do not share a full screenshot if it exposes private data, internal identifiers, or access-bearing information.

Investigate an uncertainty

Open the corresponding Tasks, Notes, Emails, Calls, or Scoring tab to inspect the underlying record. Use the affected workflow's own recovery steps rather than rerunning an operation from an assumption based on missing history.

Success is reconstructing what the available records support and stating what remains unknown. If a discrepancy persists, provide support with the event type, approximate time, expected change, and sanitized visible result.
