Settings is a curated directory of configuration pages. Use its search and category links to find the area you need. Access and enabled capabilities can affect which pages are shown; the directory is not a guarantee that every connected service is configured or available.
What you’ll see
Find a guide by Settings category
The links below follow the 69 entries in the current Settings directory. Each opens the guide for that exact destination. Start with the task you need, then read its prerequisites and save behavior before changing shared settings. Some pages can show a restricted, loading or empty state depending on the account.

Additional settings reached through section navigation are documented separately: Usage & Quotas, Calling credits, My Email Voice, Voice Studio, Call Recommendations, and Caller View. These do not add extra entries to the directory count.
Review before changing
- Open Settings and search for the purpose of the change or the page name.
- Read the current configuration and confirm that you are in the intended workspace.
- Check related workflows before editing shared defaults. For example, sender settings can affect outreach, and booking settings can affect reminders and follow-ups.
- Make only the authorized change, follow that page's save behavior, and reopen it to verify persistence.
Understand Users access
Users is limited to workspace owners, administrators, and managers. If the app cannot confirm your access level, it hides that section and explains the uncertainty. Use the offered retry; if it continues, ask a workspace owner to check your account.
A restricted-access notice is different from a temporary lookup failure. Neither should be worked around by borrowing another account. The Users section includes team membership and Permissions, which affect what people can see and do.
For channel setup problems, record the specific page and visible error. A saved configuration alone does not prove provider approval, successful delivery, or working calls.
