The Research Hub separates finding companies, reading their research, and managing agent computers. Start by reviewing existing information before requesting new work. Provider lookups, research runs, and computer provisioning can consume account resources; an available button does not establish that those operations are free or approved.

Review existing research

  1. Open Research and choose Research Leads.
  2. Select a company from the sidebar. Current source on phones shows one pane at a time: selecting a company opens its profile, and Companies returns to the list. Desktop keeps both panes. This phone layout comes from a later check of the product's current design; no new phone screenshot was taken. If no company is selected, the page asks you to select a lead.
  3. Review Overview, Contacts, Online Activity, News & Press, Deep Dive, and Activity & Evidence as available. On narrower screens these six tabs wrap into two rows of three.
  4. Check whether the profile is loading, processing, failed, or has no research data. Missing research is not evidence that the company has no relevant activity or contacts.

Use the evidence and activity context when assessing a result. A profile is research to review, not a guarantee that every contact is current, verified, qualified, or suitable for outreach.

Look up a known company

In Find Leads, a compact switch chooses how to find leads: Find New Leads, Company Lookup or Scraper. Company Lookup accepts a company website or LinkedIn page. With authorization for a provider lookup, enter the intended company and select Research company. Review the returned profile and any service notice before deciding whether to save it.

The result is a company preview. The page explicitly distinguishes this from qualification and contact verification. Add company to research saves the company and starts contact research; it is a separate operation with additional consequences. Verify that you want that company saved before selecting it.

When the workspace has no lead-finding guides, there is no guide sidebar. Outside lead-sourcing platforms and resources appear instead in a More places to find leads card under the search; each link opens in a new tab.

Understand Agents and older research pages

Agents manages cloud agent computers, including provisioning and sessions. Reviewing an existing computer's status is different from creating a computer, installing a runtime, or opening an interactive session. Capacity, costs, availability, and successful installation need their own confirmation.

The older research page, which has no link in the navigation, is a separate company lookup surface. Its Action menu labels are not a verified workflow for sending email, editing, or adding a lead, so use the current hub and the relevant lead or communication workflows instead.

If research fails or remains uncertain, inspect its visible status before starting it again. A repeated request may duplicate work. After saving a company, verify it appears in Research Leads with the expected identity and processing state.

This Find Leads capture shows an earlier layout: a full-width bar for Find New Leads, Company Lookup and Scraper, and a left column of collapsed platform and resource lists. The three choices are now a compact switch, and the lists move to a More places to find leads card when there are no guides.
