The Dashboard route currently opens Sales Command Center. Use it to inspect recorded performance and the activities behind a metric. It is also available as Overview in the menu under the Sales Command Center title. Reports follow account access and may enforce a user's own scope, so two teammates can legitimately see different results.

Establish the reporting scope

  1. Open Dashboard or Sales Command Center and check the selected dates and filters.
  2. Wait for initial loading to finish. If an existing report is marked Updating performance, it is still being refreshed.
  3. Review the Overview outcomes and acquisition funnel, then open a contributing stage or activity view to understand the underlying records.
  4. Use Team Performance, Rep Performance, AI Impact, Revenue, or the relevant Selling Motions view to investigate the question you are asking.

Selling Motions includes Calls, Email, Follow-ups, Research, Sequences, and Automation. Keep the reporting scope consistent when comparing them. A metric without its date range and contributing records can be misleading.

Interpret the numbers correctly

The acquisition funnel counts recorded results at each stage during the selected dates. Its percentages compare stage totals; they do not track one identical group of leads through every stage. Open a stage's records before treating a change as evidence that a specific cohort converted.

AI Impact compares groups that may contain different contacts. A higher meeting rate alone does not establish that AI caused the improvement. Recorded time savings appear only where an estimate was captured for the work.

Revenue displays recorded payments and recurring revenue for the selected dates. Amounts in different currencies are not combined. Do not reconcile this view to a financial total without checking the period, currency, and underlying records.

Separate reporting from planning

Goals & Plans is the configuration area. The dashboard consumes goals for pacing and risk. Reviewing performance does not require editing goals, changing layouts, or altering team targets. Only make those changes when authorized.

If a report fails to load, use Retry. An error or unavailable selling motion does not establish that no activity occurred. Success for a review session means identifying the relevant records and explaining what the metric covers, including gaps or unknowns.
