Speed Dial combines a working lead queue, contact information, and calling controls. You need access to Speed Dial; actual calling additionally requires approved recipients, configured numbers, and the relevant calling permissions. The primary call button can place a real call immediately, so read its current label before using it.
What you’ll see
Review without calling
- Open Speed Dial and check the current list source, such as Manually Added or a Called period.
- Select the intended record and review its contact information and any calling restriction notice.
- Choose View Details to open the shared lead drawer. Selecting a Speed Dial record is separate from opening that drawer.
- Review notes, tasks, and call history before deciding what work is appropriate.
The Called indicator is editable through Mark as called. Clicking it changes stored status; it is not a passive history filter. A manually marked indicator does not prove a provider call occurred.
Understand the call button
The split-button arrow changes the selected action without dialing. Depending on setup, choices include Call, Start AI Call, Start Multiple AI Calls, and Voicemail Drop. The main button executes the selected action. Multiple AI Calls starts a run with the saved choices; it is not merely a configuration dialog.
Calling Options… contains Auto-Dial, Parallel Dial, Multiple AI Calls, caller ID, and Voice Studio. These settings affect subsequent operations. Its Dialing tab opens with When you press Call, one sentence describing what the current switches will do; read it before changing anything. Below it, 1 · Your status and caller ID comes first, then 2 · How calls are placed with the Auto-Dial and Parallel Dial switches. An Auto-Dial countdown can start another call; its Cancel control stops that countdown. Closing a confirmed voicemail-drop window does not cancel the server's sending work.
Verify and recover
For a review session, success is identifying the intended lead and its existing history. For an authorized call, verify actual connection, audio, termination, and recorded outcome separately. Respect active-call and paused states; do not reset them or repeat an uncertain call to clear a display problem.

This Calling Options capture shows an earlier layout: the Auto-Dial and Parallel Dial switches first and Status and caller ID below them. The Dialing tab now opens with When you press Call, then status and caller ID, then the switches.
