Telecom Cost Review is an advanced reconciliation view for authorized billing operators. It combines tenant and unallocated provider-project evidence. Access to a report does not make every project charge attributable to the selected tenant; use only scope you are authorized to inspect.

What you’ll see

The Telecom Cost Review page, for owners only, where you choose a Month and select Review costs.

Review a period

  1. Confirm Tenant ID, Provider account or project ID, and Month before choosing Review costs. Use identifiers supplied by the authorized billing workflow, not guessed customer identities.
  2. Read missing-source coverage and cross-period exclusions first. The page explicitly says totals cover imported evidence only, and records spanning another month may be excluded pending verified allocation.
  3. Review Provider monitoring and its observed time. Missing data or data older than eight hours is marked stale; an empty resource list is not proof of no costs.
  4. Keep Spending between top-ups separate from tenant charges. Project top-ups fund a shared balance and are not automatically expenses assigned to one tenant.
  5. Inspect Owner notifications and Statement reconciliation. Control totals are compared with expense detail; they are not added again as another expense.
  6. Check both providers now requests provider work, while Mark reviewed changes acknowledgement state. Use these only when separately authorized; neither is needed to understand an already loaded report.

Confirm and recover

A credible review identifies its period, currency, coverage gaps and unallocated amounts. Do not describe incomplete evidence as a final invoice or complete cost ledger. If a refresh or acknowledgement is uncertain, reload the existing report before repeating it. Keep provider references, tenant identifiers and raw financial evidence out of public screenshots.
