Calls shows recorded call activity for the selected lead. Open the shared drawer and choose Calls. You need access to the record; playing a recording additionally requires authorization to hear its contents and an available recording source.
What you’ll see
Find the right call
- Review the date filter and choose All Calls or the relevant recent period.
- If no calls match the period, use Show all calls before concluding that the lead has no history.
- Open the relevant call details and inspect time, duration, provider, notes, and outcome context.
- Review summary, sentiment, action items, or transcript when those fields are available.
A transcript or summary can be incomplete and should not replace the actual recording when verifying what was said. Missing audio does not prove that no call occurred, and a call-history entry does not prove usable two-way audio.
Play only when authorized
Play recording can request audio through the authenticated media gateway. Other recordings use the audio player's controls with no automatic preload. Playback is separate from reading the call metadata and was not exercised for this guide.
A recording that is unavailable can offer Try again. Read the current status first; the link or player alone does not prove that the audio is accessible. Do not copy provider URLs, authenticated media links, or private transcripts into a shared report.
Verify and recover
For a history review, success is locating the correct call and identifying which evidence is available. For recording acceptance, confirm that playback actually starts and contains the intended call; a duration label or loaded player is insufficient.
The page can update after a call ends, so allow its refresh to complete before reporting a missing entry. If the record or media remains unavailable, retain the sanitized time and status for support. Do not place another call or replay a customer operation merely to repair historical evidence.
