What you’ll see
Your goal
Learn to ask one reporting question, establish its scope, and separate missing data from a measured result. This path reads the current Sales Command Center without changing goals, correcting attribution, or starting experiments.
What you need
Use the Demo Account's existing reporting access. The observed dashboard had no recorded data for the selected scope. No phone number or sender setup is required to inspect reporting controls, and no campaign success should be inferred from a demonstration account.
Read-only milestones
- Open the actual overview. Dashboard in the header currently opens Sales Command Center. Identify Team, Reporting period, comparison controls, and Filters. State the selected scope before discussing a figure; the observed scope is not necessarily the learner's current selection.
- Read outcome labels. Locate Qualified Conversations, Meetings Booked, Pipeline Created, Customers Won, and New MRR. The controls offer explanations and access to contributing records. Their presence was observed; successful drilldowns and complete underlying records were not verified in this session.
- Recognize no-data states. Inspect Goal pacing, Meetings by motion, the Acquisition funnel, and team-performance areas. The captured no-data state must remain described as missing recorded evidence for that scope, not zero proven activity or poor team performance.
- Find supporting records. Review existing lead Emails, Calls, and Activity to understand where operational evidence lives. These views were opened read-only; they were not linked through a tested dashboard drilldown or populated with new activity.
- Separate reporting from planning. Read Campaign Goals, Experiments, and Attribution. Do not publish a goal, start a test, record spend, or apply a source correction to make the dashboard look complete.
Your useful outcome now
You can define a reporting question with a period and team scope, identify the metric that addresses it, and explain what additional records would be needed to support a conclusion. “Not enough recorded evidence for this scope” is a useful result.

When authorized data exists, open the metric's contributing records and reconcile the definition, dates, user scope, and relevant outcomes. Compare equivalent periods and denominators. The acquisition funnel compares recorded stage totals; it should not automatically be read as one identical group progressing through every stage. A higher meeting rate does not by itself prove AI caused improvement, and sent/delivered activity does not establish revenue.
Legacy Sales Activity and Outreach Analytics routes are described in source, but they are not substitutes for the current captured dashboard or evidence of a completed drilldown. Use Dashboard for the current reporting structure.
If figures disagree
Troubleshooting
Compare scopes and definitions before changing data. A loading error, unknown dimension, or no-data state is not a measured zero. User permissions can legitimately produce different views. Treat configuration defaults shown during loading as provisional, and do not report a return or conversion rate without the contributing evidence.
