Sales Activity summarizes outbound call metrics and conversion tracking. You need access to the relevant workspace reporting scope. Use it to examine recorded activity, not to infer delivery or conversation quality from a call attempt alone.

What you’ll see

The Sales Activity view of outbound calls and outcomes, before any calls are made in the selected period.

Inspect the report

  1. Select the reporting date range and disposition filter. Options include connected calls, voicemail, no answer, qualified, demo booked and callback outcomes; compare like-for-like periods.
  2. Choose Refresh and check the updated time. If the page reports Failed to load data, use Try Again before interpreting empty panels.
  3. Review Calls Today, This Week, Calls/Hour, Leads (24h) and Callbacks Due. Their labels describe different measures, so do not combine them into one conversion count.
  4. Inspect Disposition Breakdown and Pipeline Leakage to understand where calls did not connect, conversations were not qualified, or qualified conversations did not produce a booked demo.
  5. Review Best Call Blocks alongside both volume and connect rate. A block with a high percentage but very few calls may not represent the same workload as a busy block.
  6. Inspect Recent Calls for time, disposition, duration, type and phone details. Use the pagination controls for additional rows and keep contact details out of shared screenshots.

Confirm and recover

Success is a refreshed report for the intended dates and scope with understandable underlying call records. No calls in selected period is different from a request failure. Missing duration or disposition is unknown evidence, not a zero-length meaningful conversation. Use Outreach Analytics for attributed messages and outcomes, and Dashboard for the broader command-center view. No live calling is needed to read this page.
