Sales Command Center uses a shared reporting shell for team, representative, AI, revenue and selling-motion views. The same component also powers Dashboard. Access and visible data follow the signed-in reporting scope; a direct URL does not grant another person’s permissions.
What you’ll see
Choose the appropriate view
- Start at Overview and confirm the reporting scope, dates and timezone before following a comparison link. Preserve those choices when comparing results.
- Open Team Performance for the rep comparison. Rep Performance opens an available representative’s detail page, also opened by choosing a name in Team Performance; select an authorized person through the application rather than guessing an identifier.
- Choose AI Impact or Revenue for those specialized views. A metric labeled as AI impact should not be treated as independently proven causation without understanding its definition and evidence.
- Under Selling Motions, open Calls, Email, Follow-ups, Research, Sequences, or Automation. These each open a separate view and narrow the kind of activity being examined.
- Use Goals & Plans for target planning. A goal’s period and the dashboard’s active reporting scope can differ, so check both when interpreting pacing.
- Follow available record drilldowns to inspect evidence before making a team-performance claim. Keep private representative and lead details out of shared screenshots.
Confirm and recover
A successful view has loaded results for the intended scope. Empty, unavailable and zero values are not interchangeable. The dynamic catch-all route is not a promise that any arbitrary path is supported. Return to a named shell item if an invalid subpath is used. Refresh or resolve a displayed load error before interpreting a missing chart as no activity.
