Outreach Analytics helps compare recorded outreach outcomes by campaign, message, channel and sender. Use an account with reporting access and verify the selected workspace and period before comparing results. Attribution depends on available recorded evidence; it is not proof that every customer interaction was captured.

What you’ll see

The Attribution tab in Outreach Analytics, with campaign and date filters, before any replies or revenue are recorded.

Build a comparable report

  1. Choose Attribution, then select Campaign, Group by, and Date range. Custom ranges expose From and Through dates. Choose Refresh Report after setting the intended scope.
  2. Grouping choices include Campaign, Playbook, Step, Template, Message variant, Segment, Channel, Sender, and AI / human source. Choose a dimension that answers one question at a time.
  3. Review Contacted, Sent / delivered, Genuine replies, Positive, Negative / OOO, Bounce / opt-out, Booked / attended, Paid and Pipeline value separately.
  4. Read the reply definition: genuine replies include positive, negative and neutral human responses. Out-of-office responses remain visible without inflating genuine or positive reply rates.
  5. Use View matching conversations or a supported table drilldown to inspect the corresponding Action Inbox context. A drilldown should retain the intended campaign/outcome scope.
  6. Use the additional tabs Daily Actions, Goal Pacing, Revenue, Channels, and Experiments for their respective views; they are not alternative definitions of the same metric.

Confirm and recover

Check the report’s scope against the matching conversations before making a comparison. No attributed activity in a range may reflect absent evidence; a visible request error must be resolved first. Keep currency-specific pipeline values distinct rather than adding unlike currencies. Avoid ranking senders on raw totals when their dates, assignments or outreach volumes differ.
