The calculator is an illustrative planning tool with locally computed funnel and profit projections. It is not an account revenue report and does not load actual lead outcomes or billing charges. Use clearly labeled assumptions so an exported scenario is not mistaken for measured performance.
What you’ll see
Build a scenario
Open the authenticated calculator page in the intended workspace. Prepare your own estimates before changing inputs. No save-to-account action is implemented in this page, so keep an exported copy if you need to retain a scenario.
- Review the industry and conversion assumptions. Enter the intended Revenue per Lead ($) and Customer Profit Margin (%).
- Review LeadScore AI Customer Acquisition Cost ($) and Monthly Operating Costs ($) as scenario inputs, not quoted service prices.
- Set LeadScore AI Profit Share (%) to the percentage being modeled. The summary contains a fixed Revenue Share (20% of Profit) label even though the calculation uses the configurable percentage; record the actual input alongside any result.
- Inspect Lead Funnel and its Know, Like, Trust, Demo and Buy assumptions. Leads Per Month (target) is disabled and derives from the funnel rather than accepting a separate target.
- Compare the calculated summary, chart and twelve-month projection. Changing assumptions recalculates locally; there is no server-side save confirmation to wait for.
- Choose Download Report if needed. The page creates a local CSV named
profit-projection.csv; it does not submit that projection as a sales goal.
Confirm and recover
Check input units, percentages and the resulting downloaded file before sharing. If an estimate looks implausible, revise the assumptions and distinguish gross revenue, profit and revenue share. Reloading may lose local choices. Use the dashboard and attribution reports for recorded account activity instead of presenting this calculator as observed results.
