Activity Monitor helps inspect background jobs and recorded changes. Open it from the header/profile navigation with an account authorized to view workspace activity. It is a diagnostic workspace, not a guarantee that every external provider action or historical event is present.

What you’ll see

Activity Monitor, opened from the profile menu, with a tab for each kind of activity log.

Follow a recorded operation

  1. Select the relevant tab: Scoring, Communication, Data, Background Processing or Playbooks. Each tab narrows the jobs or audit activity being shown.
  2. Use the tab’s refresh and filtering controls to find the operation associated with your issue. Match the time and context rather than assuming the newest row belongs to your latest action.
  3. Open a job to inspect its detail panel and recorded events. Open an audit entry to inspect the change it represents. Job records and audit records describe different kinds of evidence.
  4. Read the status and any error before interpreting progress. A job may have been accepted, remain running, or fail after partial work; those are not equivalent outcomes.
  5. Compare the recorded operation with the originating lead, import, communication request or playbook enrollment. Use existing record links where available rather than initiating the workflow again.
  6. When escalating, describe the operation type, approximate time and sanitized error. Detail panels may expose events, answers or raw data that must not be copied wholesale into public reports.

Confirm and recover

Refresh the same operation and verify its current state. A completed background job alone does not prove inbox/device delivery or customer acceptance. Missing telemetry remains unknown. If a write outcome is unclear, avoid repeating the original action until you have inspected the existing record and any provider evidence. Use Report Bug or support for persistent errors with private content removed.
