Keyword Scoring exposes the global rules and the additions available to your workspace. Use it to understand how keyword matches are configured, select an industry preset, and maintain account-specific additions. Global rules shown as locked are reference information.

Review and save a configuration
Sign in to the correct workspace with permission to maintain scoring settings. Decide the intended vocabulary and thresholds before changing shared configuration. This page is a specialized settings leaf; the main Lead Scoring pages remain the starting point for policy review.
- Wait for the global configuration, industry presets and tenant configuration to load. A service error means the displayed defaults are not confirmed saved values.
- Review the global scoring rules, then choose the intended Industry Preset where appropriate.
- Enter additional website, business-name, industry and job-title keywords in the appropriate fields. Positive and negative keyword fields have different effects. The save handler splits comma-separated entries, trims them and lowercases them.
- Review the generic email prefixes and threshold overrides. Empty threshold overrides are saved as no override; the current handler also treats zero as no override.
- Choose Save Changes and wait for the success notification. Reopen the page to confirm the stored configuration.
- Treat Rescore All Leads and Clear Scoring Cache as separate operational actions. Saving configuration does not itself invoke either button’s operation.
Confirm and recover
If the save fails or its result is uncertain, reload the saved settings before retrying. A completed configuration save is not evidence that existing lead scores have changed. Bulk rescoring can affect many records, and clearing cache changes subsequent scoring work; coordinate those actions separately with the workspace owner.
