The Campaign pack installer prepares tenant-owned templates and one unpublished playbook. Although the route contains “commercial-hvac,” the page can select starter copy from the configured industry. Review the displayed audience and content rather than assuming every workspace receives the same pack.
What you’ll see
Prepare and review
Use the intended workspace with permission to create playbook drafts. Have approved sender information, business hours, task ownership and an existing authorized sample lead available. Installation, AI personalization and publication are separate actions.
- In Review the cadence and approved copy, inspect the complete Day 1/3/6/9/14 timeline. Expand each email to review Subject and Plain-text email.
- Use Personalize with AI only when authorized to spend AI credits. Missing business-profile prerequisites are listed before generation; generated content still needs review.
- Choose Continue to Choose senders, hours, and task ownership. Review Sending mailbox, Sender name, Sender company, Physical mailing address, Timezone, the start/end times, and Call-task owner rule. Some owner rules require additional user selections.
- In Preview as a real contact, use an authorized existing lead and Render Preview. Read missing-data warnings beside each email and protect the resulting contact information.
- Review Confirm the tenant-owned draft and its acknowledgment. Install Draft Pack creates templates, guidance and an unpublished playbook; it is a write operation.
- After a successful installation, Review and publish opens the created playbook. Publication and audience enrollment require their own deliberate review; installation alone does not send outreach.
Confirm and recover
Check Campaign pack installed and the new draft before repeating an uncertain installation. Install Another Copy is an explicit duplication action. Errors or a missing preview should be resolved before confirmation; do not invent lead identifiers to advance the wizard.
