Start with the work you want to do. You can inspect a lead, read its context and plan a human follow-up without configuring an email sender, buying a number or setting up AI calling.

Choose a useful starting point

  1. Check that you are in the intended workspace. Documentation examples use the dedicated Demo Account; never use another customer workspace for practice.
  2. On desktop, use the header: Dashboard, Leads, Pipeline, Communication, Task, Speed Dial, Calendar, Research, Playbooks, and Import. On a small screen, use Open mobile navigation menu to reveal navigation. The available space and labels can differ from desktop.
  3. Start with Leads to find an existing record. Opening its details shows a shared panel with tabs such as Notes, Contacts, Tasks, Emails, Scoring, and Activity. Closing that panel returns to the underlying workspace.
  4. Use Settings when you need to understand configuration. Its directory groups 69 entries into 16 categories; the Settings guide links every entry using the current product labels.
  5. Return to the relevant learning path when you need a sequence of steps rather than a single control's explanation.

For a first orientation, follow A — A small list. For an existing next action, use Tasks; for a conversation, use Communication.

Check context before acting

Filters, dates, selected stages and the current lead affect what you see. An empty view can mean nothing matches those choices. A loading state or service error requires a different response; it does not prove records are absent.

Privacy controls change presentation. They do not disable messages, calling, research, billing or automation. Read controls and prerequisites before using Send, Call, Save, Publish, Rescore, or an upload control. During this documentation review, only navigation, local display filters and safe read-only forms were inspected.
