The 14-day SnapSuite Go-Live page coordinates an owned checklist for a verified paid customer. It is a specialized customer-onboarding surface, not the ordinary first-time LeadScore setup wizard. Access to the paid outcome, customer and assigned work is required.
What you’ll see
Work through an authorized checklist
- Review the selected customer checklist, template version, status and timezone. Check the completion count and milestone days without treating a percentage as customer acceptance.
- If creating a sprint is specifically authorized, use Start from a verified paid outcome. Enter the Paid event ID, tenant timezone and the required owner assignments, then Create one Go-Live Sprint. Do not invent an event or owner to make the form proceed.
- Inspect each item’s due date, owner, Acceptance evidence and any Waiting on customer explanation. Follow the linked task when there is one.
- Use Reason or customer blocker and Completion summary to explain a real transition. Block, Skip, Complete, and Customer Replied change the checklist; they are not read-only filters.
- For a justified ownership change, expand Reassign owner, choose the correct user identity and name, and confirm Reassign. Confirm the assignment afterward.
- Use the company/contact/source-campaign links only within authorized scope. Open SnapSuite tenant changes application context; verify the destination before working there.
Confirm and recover
A checklist item marked complete should have the required acceptance evidence. No paid-customer entry is not a reason to create synthetic paid activity. If a transition is uncertain, reload the existing checklist before retrying. Keep customer identifiers and private links out of public help artifacts.
