Use the product's Learning Center to browse training without changing a lead or starting outreach. Choose the Learning Center book icon in the header; it opens the Learning Center page.
- Start with Beginner if you are new. Other choices are Intermediate, Advanced, How To, Release Updates and All Videos.
- Choose Grid View or List View to change how the lesson list appears.
- Read the title and description before opening a lesson. A Coming Soon card is not a playable lesson.
- If a recording is available, use the lesson controls and follow any linked written instructions. Playback and links must be checked independently; a thumbnail is not proof that a video works.
- Add Bookmark can help you find a lesson again. Bookmarking or reading a lesson does not mean a CRM task has been completed.
If a lesson does not work
Troubleshooting
Choose a relevant written guide, or use support to identify the lesson title and the problem. Do not enter credentials into a video page or external resource because a lesson asks you to. Some catalog entries and resource links still need verification; unavailable content must stay labeled as such.
This help site provides goal-based written learning paths. Video lessons will appear only when recordings are available. Start with Import, Leads and tasks for a basic written workflow.
