Notifications brings updates and linked records into one workspace. Use your own signed-in account and verify the workspace before acting on a notification. Reading the notification is separate from completing the underlying task or proving a message was delivered.

What you’ll see

The top of the Notifications page, where you filter by Unread, Urgent, Overdue, Today or Handled and mark items read.

Review and organize updates

  1. Open Notifications from the header and wait for the feed to load. Review the unread count and select an appropriate saved view or type folder.
  2. Use Search notifications to narrow the list. Grouping options include time, type, urgency and read state; sorting includes newest, oldest and most urgent first.
  3. Open an item’s detail to understand the linked record and why it needs attention. Inspect the task or related context before changing its state.
  4. Use read-state controls to acknowledge updates. Mark all read affects the current notification collection’s read state; it does not finish every task or resolve every underlying failure.
  5. Use Archive to inspect deleted notifications and restore anything still needed. Back to inbox returns to active updates. Review the selected item before deleting or restoring it.
  6. Choose Settings to manage alert timing and channels. That link reaches the current General notification preferences through the supported settings route.

Confirm and recover

After an authorized read-state, delete or restore action, refresh and verify the item is in the expected place. A notification disappearing from a filter is not proof that the underlying job succeeded. If a linked record cannot load, keep the notification context and ask support rather than repeatedly opening or modifying an unrelated record. Avoid treating saved-view counts observed during loading as final totals.
