Import History tracks uploaded files and their processing results. You need access to Import and the current workspace. Reviewing history is separate from retrying a file: retries resume processing and can write lead data or trigger scoring.
What you’ll see
Review a completed or pending import
- Open Import → History at the Import Leads page.
- Locate the intended file and compare File, Status, Result, and Updated.
- Expand the row to inspect its report, import reference, timing, record counts, and problems.
- Distinguish Importing, Scoring, Completed, Failed, Needs review, and Waiting to retry from Loading, Unavailable, or No record.
An uploaded file can temporarily lack a visible progress report. The page explicitly distinguishes that condition from a file that was not imported. Missing telemetry does not mean no leads were saved.
The report's Imported and Scored counts describe different stages. A Completed label does not by itself prove every resulting lead has correct contact details or that a customer has accepted the data.
Use recovery deliberately
Retry import and the interrupted-import recovery action request processing, rather than merely refreshing the displayed history. The page describes resuming from saved progress. Review the existing report and errors before authorizing a retry, especially where the first attempt's outcome is unknown.
Download file retrieves the original source file and may expose customer information. Keep it in the authorized working context; do not attach it to a general support report without checking its contents.
Verify and recover
For read-only review, success is matching the correct file to its current report. After a separately authorized retry, follow the updated report and inspect the intended resulting records before declaring recovery complete.
If history is temporarily unavailable, refresh later and retain the visible error. Do not upload the same source again simply because progress cannot currently be displayed.
