Lead Sources groups leads by recorded source and campaign so you can compare their outcomes. You need access to Import and the current workspace's reporting data. This is a review workflow; changing qualification or importing more leads is not required to inspect the report.
What you’ll see
Read the comparison
- Open Import → Lead Sources.
- Read What this shows and expand What each column means.
- Choose All sources, Qualified only, No source recorded, or No cost recorded as appropriate.
- Compare Source / campaign, Leads, Qualified, Average score, Cost per lead, Most common outcome, and location information.
Qualified counts follow explicit Marketing Qualified or Sales Qualified decisions. A validated email, high score, pipeline status, or delivered/opened message is not counted as qualification by this report. These distinctions matter when comparing the report to other screens.
Cost per lead depends on costs recorded on leads. Missing cost is not zero cost. An attractive score or qualification rate does not establish profit, acquisition cost, or return on advertising spend without the relevant financial evidence.
Check coverage
Read the coverage statement below the comparison. Whole-account aggregate counts can cover the full population while locations still come from a sample. If the aggregate is unavailable, the page can fall back to a limited sample per lifecycle.
When that sample is incomplete, percentages are hidden because the sampled lifecycle mix may not match the actual account. Treat partial counts as incomplete rather than ranking sources using a fabricated rate.
Recover and verify
Your leads could not be loaded right now offers Try again. The load-error state is different from Nothing to compare yet or a filter with no matches. Broaden the filter before concluding that a source is absent.
Success is explaining the comparison's scope, qualification definition, and missing data. A screenshot alone does not verify the underlying totals or make one source a recommended purchase.
