Meeting Lifecycle shows confirmed or pending meetings for one lead and any associated no-show recovery plan. Open it in the context of an authorized lead. The route’s lead identifier must come from the application, not a guessed or copied customer record.

Review the meeting

  1. Check Provider-confirmed meetings, the meeting time, duration and provider. An empty list means no meetings were returned for this lead; it does not prove a booking provider has no records elsewhere.
  2. Inspect the current status before recording anything. Provider-confirmed evidence and a manually recorded outcome are distinct sources.
  3. If you are authorized to record missing attendance evidence, choose Record outcome. Select Attended or No-show and explain Why are you recording this manually?.
  4. Review the reason and choose Save audited outcome only when the evidence is accurate. The dialog states that your identity, time and reason are retained. Cancel leaves the outcome unchanged.
  5. If a no-show recovery plan is shown, review its state, timezone, next action and individual task steps. Complete task changes task state; it is not a way to dismiss a notification without doing the work.
  6. To stop an authorized recovery plan, choose Stop recovery plan, review the reason and confirm Stop and record reason. Keep plan abandons that stop request.

Confirm and recover

Reopen the timeline to verify the outcome and plan state. Completed tasks remain recorded when remaining recovery work is cancelled. If a save or stop request is uncertain, inspect the existing timeline before repeating it. Never infer no-show status solely because a meeting’s scheduled time passed.
