Compare Providers estimates email-provider costs for a common scenario and can model a mixed-provider allocation. It is a planning tool, not a sender-routing configuration. Viewing or selecting providers here does not distribute actual email across them.

What you’ll see

The Cost Estimate on the Providers tab, where you set your sending volume and select Compare Providers.

Build a comparison

  1. Under Configure Your Scenario, set Number of Domains, Email Addresses per Domain, Emails per Inbox/Day, and Use Case Filter. Review the resulting Total Inboxes and estimated monthly/daily email volumes.
  2. Choose Compare Providers and wait for the result. Read each provider’s estimated monthly cost, cost per thousand and use-case scores under the same assumptions.
  3. Select providers in the table to build Your Email Mix. The table’s standalone costs assume one provider handled all monthly emails; the mix panel calculates its allocation separately.
  4. Choose Equal Split or Custom Weight. For custom weights, ensure the total reaches 100% before interpreting per-provider shares.
  5. Review estimated total monthly cost, blended cost per thousand and annualized cost. Annualized arithmetic is not authorization to purchase an annual plan.
  6. Use Details for a provider’s catalog information or Clear All to remove the scenario selection. There is no Save routing action on this page.

Confirm and recover

Check the inputs and weights whenever the estimate seems unexpected. A recommended provider reflects the selected use case and available catalog data, not guaranteed deliverability or approved procurement. Confirm current price confidence and final order terms separately before spending. If comparison data fails to load, do not interpret an empty table as no suitable providers.
