One section opens at a time.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Check the entry triggers, business hours, timezone basis, delivery limits, sender pool, and outcome behavior before approving any activation.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Fol>\u003Cp>A live playbook with no unpublished edits shows one status line instead of a banner; its \u003Cstrong>Check enrollment status\u003C\u002Fstrong> link opens the Enrollment status section. A \u003Cstrong>Staged audience\u003C\u002Fstrong> is saved for review; it is explicitly not enrolled. When nothing is staged, a single line says so, with \u003Cstrong>Refresh audience\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Likewise, saving a draft does not by itself prove that a sequence is published or running.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fsection>\n\u003Csection class=\"section\" data-section=\"prepare-a-draft\">\u003Ch2 id=\"prepare-a-draft\">Prepare a draft\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>Use \u003Cstrong>Add Playbook\u003C\u002Fstrong> when you need a new sequence, then review its draft before publication. Publishing is an operational decision, not merely a way to save editing progress.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Review the \u003Cstrong>Internal test\u003C\u002Fstrong> section of Configuration carefully. Current source blocks publishing a draft that combines automatic entry triggers with Internal test on. It also prevents those triggers from enrolling matching leads. For a manual internal test, remove automatic entry triggers. Turning off Internal test and publishing can enable real sequences. Existing tagged leads may require \u003Cstrong>Reconcile current matches\u003C\u002Fstrong> in the \u003Cstrong>Trigger recovery\u003C\u002Fstrong> section, which can start sequences for matching leads; do not use reconciliation as a harmless refresh.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>To repair failures for leads already enrolled, inspect \u003Cstrong>Enrolled leads\u003C\u002Fstrong> and the current failure information. Reconciliation of matching audience and repair of existing enrollment are different operations.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fsection>\n\u003Csection class=\"section\" data-section=\"verify-changes-and-handle-conflicts\">\u003Ch2 id=\"verify-changes-and-handle-conflicts\">Verify changes and handle conflicts\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>After saving a draft, reopen it and verify the intended steps and configuration. After any separately authorized publication or enrollment, check the actual status and enrolled records. A Published badge does not prove that a recipient received a message.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If a stale-draft warning appears, read the offered choices before continuing. \u003Cstrong>Discard and reload\u003C\u002Fstrong> removes local edits; \u003Cstrong>Rebase outcome edits\u003C\u002Fstrong> preserves only the supported outcome edits over the latest server draft. Do not assume it preserves every local change.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>For a failed initial load, use \u003Cstrong>Retry\u003C\u002Fstrong>.
