It accepts supported documents, images, and video through file selection or drag-and-drop; it also accepts pasted screenshots. Selecting, dropping, or pasting a file starts upload processing. Do not use a real file merely to demonstrate the selector.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Watch the upload activity status, including \u003Cstrong>Saved to Documents\u003C\u002Fstrong> or a failed result with \u003Cstrong>Retry\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Removing a successfully uploaded item from the upload widget does not remove the saved document. Closing the modal is not an undo operation.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The file's \u003Cstrong>Edit\u003C\u002Fstrong> action opens metadata editing for its display name and document type. \u003Cstrong>Save changes\u003C\u002Fstrong> persists those metadata changes. If metadata types cannot load, preserve the existing type rather than guessing a substitute.
